Skill Assessment

All our candidates have completed in-depth online skill assessments facilitated by SkillCheck, the most up-to-date testing product available. The advantage of online testing is that as new software programs are released, so too are the online testing facilities. This ensures that Gem candidates are up-to-date with all current software packages at all times.

Behavioural Testing

Gem Recruitment offers the ability to test candidates’ behavioural responses for their suitability to your position. The assessments available include cognitive abilities, risk profile, sales orientation, service orientation, workplace skills and workplace personality.

Part Recruitment Services

Gem Recruitment can also undertake part of the recruitment process, for a reduced fee. For example, we can advertise and screen the responses, and then send the short-listed applications to you to continue the process. We can also interview for second opinions, and we can skill assess or reference check your own applications. Our Part Recruitment Service Fee is agreed on application.

Replacement Guarantee

In the unusual event that a candidate leaves your employ within three months of their commencement date for any reason other than retrenchment, redundancy or a change in the original job description or conditions of employment, and we are informed of the events prior to the expiry of the guarantee period, we will undertake to seek a suitable replacement for the original position*.
